Because we sell undergarments, which fall under personal and hygiene-sensitive items, our return and refund rules are carefully designed to ensure product safety and cleanliness.


1. Eligibility for Return

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Bras
  • Panties
  • Lingerie
  • Any intimate wear or undergarment products

Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged if the size, fit, or style does not match your preference.


2. Damaged or Wrong Product

We only accept requests if:

  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received the wrong item from what you ordered

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Any visible damage

Once verified, we will:

  • Replace the product OR
  • Provide store credit (based on availability)

No cash refund is provided.


3. Conditions for Replacement

A replacement is possible only when:

  • The product is unused
  • Tags, packaging, and labels are intact
  • You provide proof within 24 hours of delivery
  • The issue is valid and verified by our support team

If the product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer, no replacement will be provided.


4. Size Issues

Since undergarments are intimate items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size mismatch.
We strongly recommend checking our size chart carefully before ordering.

Our support team can help you with sizing guidance before purchase.


5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
